Requirements •
All visual depictions of actual human beings
engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct displayed on

least 18 years of age when those visual depictions were

Website are exempt from the record keeping requirements of
18 U.S.C. Section 2257(a)(c) and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because
said visual depictions were made, produced, manufactured,
published, duplicated, reproduced, or reissued prior to July
3, 1995, the matter contains only visual depictions of
simulated sexually explicit conduct, or the matter contains
depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity. The owner and
operator of this Website are the primary producer or the
secondary producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C.
Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75) of all the visual
